Hourly Mentorship

£50.00

These hourly mentorship sessions are for anyone who feels drawn to creating, whether you consider yourself an artist or simply someone who used to love drawing and wants to find their way back to it.

So often, we get stuck trying to make things ‘perfect’ - the right drawing, the right style, the right outcome. We tighten up, overthink, and slowly lose touch with the part of us that actually enjoys making. My role in these sessions is to help you gently loosen that grip, let go of perfectionism, and reconnect with how you draw, think, and see.

If you’re a beginner, or someone who hasn’t picked up a pencil in years, this is a great place to start. We’ll begin exactly where you are, at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll help you build confidence, get familiar with simple tools and materials, and rediscover the pleasure of making marks without pressure or judgement. There’s no need to be ‘good’ at drawing - just a willingness to be curious and begin.

If you already have a creative practice, together, we’ll look at your work, your process, and your questions with curiosity rather than judgement. You might come with a specific project, a creative block, or just a quiet feeling that you want to begin again. We’ll use conversation, simple exercises, and practical reflection to uncover what’s getting in the way and what wants to emerge.

These sessions aren’t about forcing a style or chasing an idea of what your work ‘should’ be. They’re about helping you notice your natural instincts, trust your marks, and build a practice that feels more honest, spacious, and alive. Often, that means learning to draw with yourself rather than against yourself.

You can expect a calm, supportive, and thoughtful space with no pressure to perform or impress - just room to explore, experiment, and rediscover the pleasure of making.

(I recommend booking in two hours slots if you can - trust me an hour flies by before you know it! £50 p/p per hour) When you have bought a session I will be in touch to arrange a time that works for you, or please message me if you’d like to fix a time before you book.
